Complex Machining (CNC)
Complex machining involves using a CNC to move a part or cutting tool along multiple different axes simultaneously. This enables the machining of very complex parts, especially for aerospace applications.
At GD Precision, we understand that not all machining takes place in a nice straight line. Complex shapes and hard-to-machine metals require advanced technologies to machine these shapes with very high precision.
As such we engage 5-Axis or multiple axis advanced machining technologies which are capable of machining very complex parts within very high accuracy down to the nanometer level.
